If your HCPSS Issued Chromebook is not working or has other problems with connecting, charging, audio, or video not working.  Or if you received an email that one was shipped to you and within three days you have not received a box from FedEX OR if you find you are ready to return the Chromebook, please complete this HSES Chromebook/Tech Help Request Form. Usa esta forma si su computadora no estaba funcionando.  Explique la problema espificamente si puedes.
