Free Services from Howard County Library

Mon, 04/27/2015 - 10:47am

Dear Families,

As we head into the 4th quarter, the Library thought it would be helpful to bring to parents' and students' attention some of the FREE resources the Library offers to help students succeed in school.

1.The Live Online Homework Assistance- (free online tutors for Math, Science, English, Social Studies and Spanish), Homework and Research Support brochures (which highlight useful Library electronic resources on subject-related topics)

2.HCLS Now!- featuring 24/7/365 Stream/Download/Learn services such as test prep, e-books, etc. and Library card applications.

One of the resources that both students and parents find very helpful is the Live Online Homework Assistance. Free online tutors assist students in grades K through 12th with problems in key subject areas of Math, Science, English, Social Studies and Spanish from 2 pm to midnight, seven days a week.
If I can be of any further service, please do not hesitate to contact rita.snyder@hclibrary.org or 410.313.0772.

Thank you!
