February 9, 2016 Weather Update – Update 7:05 am All Howard County public schools are closed Tuesday, February 9, 2016. All evening activities in schools, both school-sponsored and community-sponsored, are canceled. This includes high school athletic practices and games.

School facilities will be open for HCPSS activities and community events this weekend, as the county’s snow emergency plan has lifted.
